You know those big, soft and chewy oatmeal cookies that are perfumed with cinnamon and studded with nuts and chocolate chips? Well, we’ve turned them into granola that’s every bit as delicious (if not more so), as well as gluten free. In this, arguably our most unique granola flavor, we baked 100% gluten-free oats with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; stirred in some heart-healthy golden flax seed and macadamia nuts; and then added white chocolate chips for just the right amount of creamy texture.
