Of the things, you wish you could bottle – time, youth, lightning – fermented sap of the coconut blossom probably doesn’t make the short list. Good thing we’ve filled in this oversight, because the result of that healthy harvest is a salty-sweet, amino-rich sauce. As a substitute for more common condiments, it offers enchanting flavor with less sodium (and without any pesky soy). Pour, drizzle, or dash…that’s why we put it *here*.
