We start this delectable product by braising cherries in brandy and amaretto. When we cook them, we add fresh thyme and other spices. The result is a unique take on traditional boozy cherries that are not too sweet and that are very versatile due to the complexity from the thyme. They are wonderful on any cheese plate, perfect served on pate or fois gras, add a fantastic twist to cocktails like old fashions and manhattans, irresistible on ice cream and also make a great glaze for chicken and pork.
