Organic Valley Pasture Butter is only made during pasture season, May to September, when our cows’ milk is naturally higher in omega-3s and CLAs from all the fresh grass they are eating. Pasture Butter is churned a little longer than our other butters to develop deep, rich flavors, lower the moisture content and bring the butterfat to 84%.
Pasture Butter is perfect for flakier pie crusts and fluffier cakes. Slather it on fresh baked bread, melt it for seafood dipping, and sauté vegetables in it.
