Their process takes the grain straight from the farm to the bakery, where it is soaked, sprouted, and then promptly delivered to La Tortilla Factory for delicious tortilla making. Each tortilla is loaded with 20 grams of whole grains and are ideal for wraps, quesadillas or straight-out-of-the-bag snacking!
