Of course, we can’t say that enjoying beef jerky made with 100% grass-fed beef punctuated by sweet, smoky hatch chiles will earn you a degree in horticulture. But if you wanted to start wearing a lab coat and asking your friends to call you “Professor Hatch,” we doubt anyone would question it.
