This whole grain golden flour is a “secret ingredient” for many bakers and produces beautiful gluten-free cornbread, muffins, and corn pudding.We mill our Whole Grain Corn Flour from whole yellow corn kernels, including the nutritious germ, bran, and endosperm. It’s great for breading and gluten-free baking, especially in combination with other gluten-free flours. Use it in your favorite gluten-free cornbread recipe for a rich flavor and fine texture. But don’t stop there: add it to gluten-free bread dough, cookies, muffins, biscuits, and waffles!When baking with cornflour, you may need to add a binder like a xanthan gum or guar gum. Also: do not use cornflour to make corn tortillas!
