Nielsen Massey Pure Almond Extract is made with the purest oil of bitter almonds. It pairs very well with fruits like raspberries, peaches and plums. Equally, it pairs well with vanilla, chocolate, maple and butterscotch. Used sparingly, it can even give a special accent to salad dressings, sauces, custards and ice cream.
