Our truly dense, dark, oh-my chocolate, chocolate sorbetto was created by Bruno in response to a pro chef ’s challenge. He still comes in regularly to buy it for his restaurant! We hope it will make you happy, too.
And you thought flourless chocolate cake was an impossible concept. Say hello to Dark Chocolate Noir Sorbetto. It’s the darkest chocolate flavor we make — and likely, that you’ll ever taste. Remarkably, it’s dairy-free. You might begin to wonder if there’s magic involved. And you might not be wrong.
Made with a water and cane sugar base, its ingredient list is 100% dairy-free. Each container contains nearly a full cup of real cocoa.
Bold and beautiful (but not a soap opera), it’s a strong, rich flavor that provides overwhelming satisfaction for any chocolate craving.
This flavor has been retired from pints — the cocoa was so thick that it was jamming our pinting machines. It remains available for scooping in Brunswick and the Old Port.
